I have a second degree black belt in MMA, and I am a professional stuntwoman. The confidence and enthusiasm I felt after taking my very first Martial Arts class, is something that I will never forget. It is also something I wish every woman could experience. My goal is to help other women feel empowered and unleash their inner warrior. I love watching the chips fall into place for my clients, and the pride they feel when they learn something new. I am a teacher by nature, and I easily breakdown technique while also challenging each of my clients.
